In 18 years of existence in Timisoara academic area, „Tibiscus” University took part in projects of international relevance. Some of the most prominent are:
1. International Education Week, annual edition starting with 1993, in partnership with Truvist Enterprising, Holland;
2. Center of Applied Psychology Research (2003 – present), in partnership with Schufried Ges.m.b.H., Austria
3. Center of Geo-linguistics (2003 – present), created due to the CRSHC Small Grant of York University in Toronto (Canada), for editing the New Romanian Linguistic Atlas on Regions
4. SOCRATES agreement with FHOOW, Emden, Germania, 2005-2009
5. Partnership with the High School of Teachers and Educators in Vrset (Serbia), based on the Phare program 2004 / 016-943.01.01& 2004 / 016-943.01.02 / Cards 04SER01/11/053 & 04SER02/03/001 (PHARE CBC) “Gifted children and relevant adults in South Banat and Timis county” (2006)
6. Member of the Network of European Information Disseminators (2006 – present)
7. Co-organizer, along with „Augusta” Union Foundation, of the International Symposium „Banat personalities” (Timisoara-Uzdin)

Starting with 2007, „Tibiscus” University organized an Office for international programs, which is a support for logistics and mobility activities for professors and students and assists the faculty members in their participation in research programs, thematic networks and intensive programs.
